1 bunch asparagus (approximately 10)
1 rasher streaky bacon per stem
Method
Break the ends off the asparagus and discard
Wrap the asparagus from top to bottom with the streaky bacon pieces
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil
Once the oil is warm add the asparagus and fry until brown on each side - approximately 2 minutes each side
Serve alongside other dishes or have as a snack

Tips:
When frying, place the side of the asparagus with the ends of the bacon rashers down first to prevent unravelling
