Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole meal flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs (free-range)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup berries

Method

  1. Place dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix
  2. mash the bananas in a small bowl and add to the dry ingredients
  3. Add the milk, egg and whisk all together
  4. Stir in the berries
  5. Prepare the waffle maker on medium heat
  6. Spray with avocado oil and cook according to waffle maker instructions
  7. Top with berry coulis
  8. Enjoy!
