Large handful of strawberries
Small handful of blueberries
Small handful or raspberries
1/2 cup coconut milk or cream depending on desired thickness
3 Tbsp coconut water
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp fiber - psyllium husk or ground flax-seed (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency is achieved (in the cooler months add a few cubes of ice)
