1 sirloin steak
1/4 red onion
handful lettuce
1/2 tomato
mayonnaise (see recipe or high quality store bought)
Onion jam (see recipe or high quality store bought)
Ciabatta bun single
Method
Bring a frying pan to medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil
Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides and cook just how you like it
Bring out of the frying pan and rest to one side
Slice the ciabatta loaf in half and top with your favourite fillings - we chose lettuce, onion jam, mayo, tomato and red onion
Slice the sirloin steak and add to ciabatta
