Ingredients

  • 500g spinach leaves
  • 1 packet non-dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (see recipe)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix


Method

  1. Wilt the spinach leaves in a pan with a splash of water, drain properly
  2. In a large bowl add the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and onion soup, mix thoroughly
  3. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set
  4. Serve with vegetable sticks
  5. Enjoy!
