Ingredients
500g chicken wings
5cm piece ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 cup Tamari
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
Grate the ginger, finely chop the garlic
Place into a medium bowl with the Tamari and Worcestershire sauce
Add the chicken wings, cover and refrigerate for as long as possible
Heat the oven to 180°C bake/ 160°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper
Toss the chicken wings into the baking tray and cook until crisping and golden - approximately 25 minutes
