Ingredients

  • 500g chicken wings
  • 5cm piece ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup Tamari
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method

  1. Grate the ginger, finely chop the garlic
  2. Place into a medium bowl with the Tamari and Worcestershire sauce
  3. Add the chicken wings, cover and refrigerate for as long as possible
  4. Heat the oven to 180°C bake/ 160°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper
  5. Toss the chicken wings into the baking tray and cook until crisping and golden - approximately 25 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
