Ingredients
2 Tbsp hulled tahini
2 Tbsp coconut aminos (tamari optional)
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves
2cm piece ginger
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Method
Crush and finely chop the garlic, grate the ginger and place in a bowl
Add the remaining ingredients and mix
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge or use straight away
