Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp hulled tahini
  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos (tamari optional)
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2cm piece ginger
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Crush and finely chop the garlic, grate the ginger and place in a bowl
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
  3. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge or use straight away
