Ingredients

  • 20g butter for frying
  • 3 eggs (free-range)
  • Salt and pepper to season

Method

  1. Melt butter in frying pan at medium to low heat
  2. Crack eggs into a small bowl, whisk
  3. Pour mixture into heated frying pan, after a few seconds use a spatula to slowly push the layer of egg forward allowing the mixture to fall back into the pan.
  4. Repeat step 3 till you have almost reached desired consistency and remove from heat
  5. Season the eggs, continue to scramble them and serve

Tips:

Make sure the frying pan isn't too hot as you want to cook them slowly
