Broccoli head
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp Tamari sauce
1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Optional chilli deseed finely chopped for garnish
Method
Chop broccoli into small florets
Finely chop garlic
Heat frying pan on low - medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil
Add the garlic and toss until fragrant - approximately 1 minute
Add the broccoli to the pan with a splash of water, heat until tender - approximately 5 minutes
Turn off the heat and add Tamari sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
