Ingredients

  • Broccoli head
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • Optional chilli deseed finely chopped for garnish

Method

  1. Chop broccoli into small florets
  2. Finely chop garlic
  3. Heat frying pan on low - medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil
  4. Add the garlic and toss until fragrant - approximately 1 minute
  5. Add the broccoli to the pan with a splash of water, heat until tender - approximately 5 minutes
  6. Turn off the heat and add Tamari sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  8. Enjoy
