Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut milk or alternative
1 cup coconut yoghurt
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
4 serves protein powder
Method
Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk till combined
Pour evenly into 4 jars, seal and leave in fridge overnight
Stir prior to consuming and garnish with toppings of your choice - our personal favourites are cacao nibs, fresh fruit, granola, and coconut flakes
