Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk or alternative
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 serves protein powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk till combined
  2. Pour evenly into 4 jars, seal and leave in fridge overnight
  3. Stir prior to consuming and garnish with toppings of your choice - our personal favourites are cacao nibs, fresh fruit, granola, and coconut flakes
