Ingredients
2 cups basil leaves
50g parmesan cheese
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp salt

Method
Place the basil and pine nuts in a blender, pulse a few times
Peel the garlic, grate the parmesan cheese and add to the blender, pulse again
Keep the blender on a low setting and slowly drizzle the olive oil in
