Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (we love fix + fogg)
  • 3 Tbsp Tamari
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 red chilli
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • water to thin out sauce

Method

  1. Finely chop the chilli and halve the lime
  2. Add the peanut butter, Tamari, honey, squeeze of lime juice, and chilli to a bowl, whisk to combine adding water as needed to thin the sauce into a pourable thickness
  3. Option - grate some ginger to the sauce and combine
  4. Serve alongside Pad Thai, Chicken skewers, or Summer rolls
  5. Enjoy!
