Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats (option gluten-free)
2/3 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut yoghurt (optional)
Method
Place all ingredients into a jar and mix, seal and place in fridge overnight
Optional flavours:
Mocha- Add ½ Tbsp cacao powder and ½ Tbsp coffee
Berry Parfait - Add ¼ cup berries
Chocolate - Add 1 Tbsp cacao powder
