Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (option gluten-free)
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt (optional)

Method

Place all ingredients into a jar and mix, seal and place in fridge overnight


Optional flavours:

  • Mocha- Add ½ Tbsp cacao powder and ½ Tbsp coffee
  • Berry Parfait - Add ¼ cup berries
  • Chocolate - Add 1 Tbsp cacao powder
