- Preheat oven to 180°C bake/ 160°C fan bake and line an oven tray with baking paper
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, combine
- Divide dough into 9 equal balls and place on oven tray evenly spaced, flatten slightly with fingertips
- Place tray in the oven and bake till slightly browned - approximately 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and cool on a cooling rack
- Enjoy!
