Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats (gluten-free optional)
  • 5 Tbsp nut butter (your choice)
  • 4 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C bake/ 160°C fan bake and line an oven tray with baking paper
  2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, combine
  3. Divide dough into 9 equal balls and place on oven tray evenly spaced, flatten slightly with fingertips
  4. Place tray in the oven and bake till slightly browned - approximately 10 minutes
  5. Remove from the oven and cool on a cooling rack
  6. Enjoy!

Cookies will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or in the fridge for 7 days

Tips:

Use damp hands to combine and knead the cookie ingredients to combine evenly
