1 frozen banana
medium handful of frozen berries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup if vegan
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have reached desired consistency
Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings
