Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • Large handful mint leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

Method

  1. Crush and finely chop the garlic and mint leaves, halve the lemon
  2. Add the yoghurt, mint, squeeze of lemon juice, cumin, and cayenne (if using), combine
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Enjoy!

Great served with vegetable sticks or tabbouleh salad
