Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • medium handful of frozen mango
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup if vegan

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have reached desired consistency
  2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings
  3. Enjoy!
