Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamias soaked in water overnight
  • 5 cups water
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Method

  1. Add soaked macadamia nuts to blender with water, salt, and vanilla, blitz until smooth
  2. Grab your bowl and lie your cheesecloth over top
  3. Pour over the almond mix and strain through the cloth
  4. Pour liquid into a glass jar seal with a lid and cool in the fridge
  5. Enjoy!


Tips:

  • If you don't have a cheesecloth handy, using a muslin cloth or tea towel works fine
