Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2cm piece ginger
  • 2 Tbsp lemongrass paste
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 4 tbsp Tamari sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Method

  1. Crush and finely chop the garlic, finely grate the ginger
  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, whisk
  3. Enjoy!
