1 cup coconut cream
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 cup of coffee- made your way
3 ice cubes
Option add 2 serves of collagen or protein powder
Method
Make coffee as you would normally and allow to cool
Place all ingredients into blender and blitz
Add cold coffee to blender and blitz (briefly) to combine
Pour evenly into glasses and enjoy
Optional flavours:
Choco Hazelnut - add 3 roasted hazelnuts
Vanilla Mocha - add few drops vanilla extract
