Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or coconut cream depending on desired thickness
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 apple (core-less)
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp fiber - psyllium husk or ground flax-seed (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency is achieved (in the cooler months add a few cubes of ice)
  2. Pour evenly into glasses and enjoy
