Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (free-range)
  • 2 radishes
  • Large handful spinach
  • Small handful sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp granola
  • 2 Tbsp kimchi or sauerkraut

Method

  1. Scramble the eggs  
  2. Slice the radish and avocado
  3. Grab the spinach and divide between bowls
  4. Divide the eggs between bowls and add the sliced radish, avocado, kimchi, sprouts, and granola
  5. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper
  6. Enjoy!
