Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese (250g)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Almond milk

Method

  1. Add cream cheese, honey and vanilla to a bowl, combine with a hand beater
  2. Add almond milk 1 tsp at a time, continuing to blend as you go - stopping once you have reached your desired thickness
  3. Spread over dessert and place in the freezer to set for approximately 15 minutes
  4. Enjoy!
