Bring a frying pan to medium heat and add the sweetcorn, cook until golden - approximately 4 minutes, add to the bowl with the popcorn
Trim and roughly chop the lettuce, slice the spring onion and add to the bowl
Break the cheese into a blender and add the yoghurt, garlic, mustard, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce, blitz until smooth then season with salt and pepper
Pour over the dressing, toss and garnish with the coriander
