1 can coconut milk
2 probiotic capsules
few drops vanilla extract
Method
Shake the coconut milk well then pour into a sealable jar
Empty your probiotic capsules into the milk along with the vanilla
Stir with a wooden spoon ensuring the probiotic is evenly spread
Cover the jar with a tea towel and place a band around the edge to secure it down
Allow to activate for a day or two in a warm space
Seal the jar with the lid, place in the fridge and allow to cool
Enjoy with toppings of your choice!
