Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 probiotic capsules
  • few drops vanilla extract

Method

  1. Shake the coconut milk well then pour into a sealable jar
  2. Empty your probiotic capsules into the milk along with the vanilla
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon ensuring the probiotic is evenly spread
  4. Cover the jar with a tea towel and place a band around the edge to secure it down
  5. Allow to activate for a day or two in a warm space
  6. Seal the jar with the lid, place in the fridge and allow to cool
  7. Enjoy with toppings of your choice!
