Ingredients
2 cups shredded coconut
4 cups water
pinch salt
15 mL maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Add coconut, water, salt, and vanilla to a blender, blitz
Grab your bowl and lie your cheesecloth over top
Pour over the coconut mix and strain through the cloth
Transfer the liquid to a glass bottle, seal with the lid and place in the fridge to cool
Enjoy!
Tips:
If you don't have a cheesecloth handy, using a muslin wrap or tea towel is fine
