Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates (pipped)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut + extra for rolling
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  1. Add the dates, almonds, coconut, and salt to a blender, blitz until it forms a sticky dough
  2. Roll mixture into bite sized balls and then roll over top of some extra shredded coconut
  3. Enjoy!
