1 cup Medjool dates (pipped)
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup shredded coconut + extra for rolling
1/4 tsp salt
Method
Add the dates, almonds, coconut, and salt to a blender, blitz until it forms a sticky dough
Roll mixture into bite sized balls and then roll over top of some extra shredded coconut
