Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 Medjool dates pipped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey (maple syrup if vegan)
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao powder
  • Option add 2 serves of collagen or protein powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a jug or blender, blitz
  2. Enjoy!
