Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 4 medjool dates (de pipped)
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1  Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 serve protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp fiber - optional (psyllium husk or ground flax seed)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency is achieved (in the cooler months add a few cubes of ice)
  2. Pour evenly into glasses and enjoy
