1 medium ripe banana
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut milk
4 medjool dates (de pipped)
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 serve protein powder
1 Tbsp fiber - optional (psyllium husk or ground flax seed)
Method
Add all ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency is achieved (in the cooler months add a few cubes of ice)
