Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds soaked in water overnight
  • 5 cups water
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao
  • 3 Medjool dates pipped

Method

  1. Add soaked almonds to blender with water, salt, cacao, Medjool dates, and vanilla, blitz until smooth
  2. Grab your bowl and lie your cheesecloth over top
  3. Pour over the almond mix and strain through the cloth
  4. Pour liquid into a glass jar seal with a lid and cool in the fridge
  5. Enjoy!


Tips:

  • If you don't have a cheesecloth handy you can use a muslin wrap or tea towel
