Method
Chop the chicken into pieces and thread through the skewers
Brig a frying pan to medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil
Fry on all sides until browned and cooked through - approximately 8 minutes in total
Serve on a platter drizzled with peanut sauce (see recipe)
