Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Peanut sauce (see recipe)

Method

  1. Chop the chicken into pieces and thread through the skewers
  2. Brig a frying pan to medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil
  3. Fry on all sides until browned and cooked through - approximately 8 minutes in total
  4. Serve on a platter drizzled with peanut sauce (see recipe)
  5. Enjoy!
