Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 50g butter
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 50g parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

Method

  1. Place cauliflower into a food processor, you may need to break up into pieces
  2. Finely chop the garlic
  3. Bring a pot to medium heat and melt the butter, add the garlic and cook until fragrant - approximately 1 minute
  4. Grate in the parmesan cheese, add the sour cream and season
  5. Combine
  6. Serve alongside any other dishes for a whole meal
  7. Enjoy!
