Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
50g butter
3 Tbsp sour cream
3 cloves garlic
50g parmesan cheese
salt and pepper for seasoning
Method
Place cauliflower into a food processor, you may need to break up into pieces
Finely chop the garlic
Bring a pot to medium heat and melt the butter, add the garlic and cook until fragrant - approximately 1 minute
Grate in the parmesan cheese, add the sour cream and season
Combine
Serve alongside any other dishes for a whole meal
