Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream or milk


Method

  1. Place the cauliflower into a food processor (you may need to break it up a bit) and pulse into fine pieces that resemble rice
  2. Bring a large frying pan to a medium heat with the coconut oil
  3. Add the cauliflower and coconut cream or milk, cook until softened - approximately 5 minutes
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Serve alongside other dishes to make a complete meal
  6. Enjoy!
