Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vegan butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C bake/ 160°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets
  3. In a medium bowl combine the milk, water, flour, and spices, combine until the batter is thick
  4. Dip the cauliflower into the batter and place on the baking tray in a single layer
  5. Bake in the oven until golden - approximately 20 minutes
  6. Bring a small pot to low heat and melt the butter, mix in the hot sauce, remove from the heat just as the butter melts, stir and set aside in a medium bowl
  7. Add the baked cauliflower to the bowl and coat
  8. Return to the oven tray in a single layer, bake for 15 minutes
  9. Serve with dip of your choice!
