Ingredients
3 cloves garlic
2 anchovy fillets
1 lemon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper for seasoning
Method
Add the garlic, anchovies, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and juice of the lemon to a tall jar
Using a hand blender, blitz
Keeping the blender on low drizzle in the olive oil slowly - taking approximately 2 minutes to complete
Season with salt and pepper
Use with your Ceasar salad or any other salad
