Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

Method

  1. Add the garlic, anchovies, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and juice of the lemon to a tall jar
  2. Using a hand blender, blitz
  3. Keeping the blender on low drizzle in the olive oil slowly - taking approximately 2 minutes to complete
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Use with your Ceasar salad or any other salad
