Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a medium pot and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally and mashing the berries as they soften with your spoon
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly
  4. Use for the top of a cheesecake or pancakes!
  5. Enjoy!
