Ingredients
3 cups berries (frozen or fresh)
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
In a medium sized pot pour in the berries, maple syrup and chia seeds, combine
Turn pot on to a high heat and bring to a gentle boil, lower heat to medium-low.
Simmer stirring frequently until the berries break down and the jam thickens slightly- approximately 13 minutes (longer if using strawberries)
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla, combine
Pour jam into a bowl and allow to cool
Pour into a sealed jar
Enjoy!
Tips:
Place bowl in the freezer to speed up the cooling process
