Ingredients
3 Tbsp aquafaba (chickpea can liquid)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp brown rice syrup
pinch salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method
Add the aquafaba, lemon juice, vinegar, syrup, salt, and mustard powder to a tall jar, blitz using a hand blender
Keeping the blender on low drizzle in the olive oil slowly taking about 2 minutes to complete
