Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp aquafaba (chickpea can liquid)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown rice syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Add the aquafaba, lemon juice, vinegar, syrup, salt, and mustard powder to a tall jar, blitz using a hand blender
  2. Keeping the blender on low drizzle in the olive oil slowly taking about 2 minutes to complete
  3. Enjoy!
