Pillow talk

Do you ever have trouble falling asleep? Or find yourself feeling erratic, hyped up, anxious, or spiraling down into an abyss of negative thoughts?

Give this a go this week: Whenever you catch yourself struggling with any of the above, sit, close your eyes and bring your finger to your ear. Pop it inside your ear canal and begin to massage around. Breathe slowly and just watch how quickly your mood shifts.
