Weighted Pullover

Description

  1. Lie with your back flat on the bench. Pick up and grip the plate firmly on either side of the plate
  2. Keeping your arms straight, engage your core, and soften your elbows - This is the start position
  3. Lower the plate slowly behind your head, allowing your elbows to bend slightly - this is your end position
  4. Return to the start position, repeat desired number of reps
