TRX Single Arm Row

Description

  1. Grab onto one of the TRX handles with one hand using a neutral grip, other hand across your body resting on your opposite shoulder
  2. Positioning your body on a 45 degree angle hands in front of your chest facing up, feet under the TRX creating tension and maintaining a straight line with your body from head to heels - this is your start position
  3. Bring your chest towards the TRX by pulling the handle towards your body, elbow tucked in - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
