TRX Side Plank

Description

  1. Kneel on the ground with feet directly below TRX handles, using your hands to support you on the ground, slide your feet through the handle resting on the loops
  2. Come into a plank position with hands under shoulders, body in full extension, feet supported by the TRX
  3. Begin to your weight on to your right hand as you open your left arm towards the ceiling, stack your left hip above your right hip
  4. Hold for desired length of time
  5. Alternate sides
