TRX Pike

Description

  1. Kneel on the ground with feet directly below TRX handles, using your hands to support you on the ground, slide your feet through the handle resting on the loops
  2. Come into a plank position with hands under shoulders, body in full extension, feet supported by the TRX
  3. Using your core begin to raise your hips towards the ceiling, shifting your weight over your hands aiming to get your hips in line with your shoulders - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
