Grab onto the TRX handles with an underhand grip, lean backwards bringing tension to the TRX and extending your arms in front of you
Bring your hands in line with your temples, straight line from head to heels, body on a 45 degree angle - this is your start position
Pull your body towards the handles by bending at the elbows maintaining the positioning of your upper arm, stopping when your hands are next to your temples - this is your end position
