Position hands shoulder width apart on stability ball and balls of feet on the ground, arms at full extension slightly forward of your shoulders
Ensure you have a straight line from shoulders to heels - this is your start position
Lower your chest towards the ball until it is just hovering above by bending at your elbows - this is your end position
Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
