Stability Ball Pushup

Description

  1. Position hands shoulder width apart on stability ball and balls of feet on the ground, arms at full extension slightly forward of your shoulders
  2. Ensure you have a straight line from shoulders to heels - this is your start position
  3. Lower your chest towards the ball until it is just hovering above by bending at your elbows - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
