Stability Ball Leg Curl

Description

  1. Lie supine on the floor with lower leg and heels on the stability ball
  2. Lift your hips off the ground having your upper back supporting your weight on the ground and leave your hands by your side on the floor
  3. Begin to roll the ball towards your hips by bending at the knees until the soles of your feet are supporting your weight on the ball - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
