Stability Ball Biceps Curl

Description

  1. Seated on the stability ball safely pick up the dumbbells with an underhand grip bringing them to your side - this is your start position
  2. Maintain an upright position with your upper body as you bend at the elbows bringing the dumbbells towards your shoulders - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
  4. Option is to lift one dumbbell at a time
