Sliders Mountain Climbers Wide

Description

  1. Lay prone on the ground and come into a high plank position - hands under shoulders, legs straight, feet on top of sliders, eye gaze forward slightly
  2. Drive your left knee towards your left elbow shifting your body weight into your hands and bringing the slider with you- this is your start position
  3. As you return your left leg to plank, drive your right knee towards your right elbow also bringing the slider with you - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat for desired number of reps
