Sliders Bear Crawl

Description

  1. Kneel on the ground on all fours - hands under shoulders, knees under hips, feet on sliders
  2. Lift your knees off the ground and hover
  3. Slide forward with your left leg as you simultaneously step forward with your right hand, maintaining a straight back throughout the movement - this is your start position
  4. Alternate sides - this is your end position
  5. Repeat for desired reps
