Romanian Deadlift Single Kettlebell

Description

  1. Stand tall with a kettlebell next to your right foot
  2. Create a bend in your right leg bringing your foot behind you and keeping your knees in line
  3. Bring a bend to your supporting leg as you tip your weight forward using your right hand to reach for the kettlebell with an overhand grip - this is your start position
  4. Come back to an upright position holding the kettlebell and maintaining a bend in your right knee - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position, complete desired number of reps, alternate sides
